The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners is the entity that makes appointments to Outside Boards and Committees. On January 2, 2024, the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners held its annual organizational meeting to establish appointment for commissioners to outside boards and committees.
The Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) is a voluntary, non-partisan statewide organization that assists Minnesota counties in providing effective county governance, as well as works closely with the legislative and administrative branches of government. In addition, AMC provides educational programs, training, research and communications for county officials.
On July 23, 2024, the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners appointed Commissioner Victoria Reinhard to the AMC Board of Directors.
This board action is for the appointment of Commissioner Xiong as the alternate to Commissioner Reinhardt on the AMC Board of Directors.
