Background and Rationale

Public Health staff will provide an update on the Environmental Service Center, which is part of the county’s Enhancing Environmental Health Services Initiative. This initiative re-envisions the county’s system for managing household hazardous waste, with goals of creating a more accessible, welcoming, efficient and effective program. The county will be breaking ground on the Environmental Service Center this fall.
