The Annual Organizational Meeting is the time established to approve appointments of Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority Commissioners to outside committees. The appointments to outside committees for 2026 are as follows:

Appointments to outside committees is an annual administrative organizational action. These committees represent formal entities and partnerships that respond to modes of transportation. Regional Railroad Authority Commissioners will seek opportunities to advance racial equity through the work of these committees.
Community Participation Level and Impact
Informing the community of this action provides transparency about committees in which the Regional Railroad Authority Commissioners participate. The appointments will provide opportunities for the Ramsey County Commissioners to build relationships, consults and collaborate with community in supporting and responding to issues important to the community through the works of these committees.
