Authorize the County Attorney, or his designee, in his discretion, to join Ramsey County as a plaintiff in lawsuits that could impact the county’s federal funding, including King County v. Turner and San Francisco v. Trump, and sign (or, designate the signing of) such agreements with counsel for plaintiffs as are necessary to effectuate this joinder.
