The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners met in regular session at 9:04 a.m. with the following

Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program for the period of October 1,  
2021, through September 30, 2023 in the amount of $1,504,263, in accordance with the

2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the grant agreement.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to enter into agreements and execute amendments to  
agreements in accordance with the county’s procurement policies and procedures  
provided the amounts are within the limits of the grant funding.

North building technology and furniture in an amount up to $3.6 million.  
2. Authorize the County Manager to allocate up to $3.6 million from the Property  
Management fund balance to the 360 Wabasha Street North project.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to allocate up to $3.6 million from the proceeds of the  
sale of the Ramsey County Care Center to the Property Management fund balance.

Drive, Hermitage, TN 37076, for employee and retiree benefits consulting services for  
an additional two years through October 11, 2026 at a cost not to exceed an additional  
$650,000.  
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the agreement.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments to the agreement in accordance  
with the county’s procurement policies and procedures provided the amounts are within  
limits of available funding.

Human Services for a pilot project to expand the Mental Health Urgent Care Facility to  
provide mental health services for youth in crisis during the period of June 27, 2023,
