1. Approve an amendment to the agreement with HNTB Corporation for Project  
Management Services to close-out the Engineering and Pre-Environmental Phase of  
the Riverview Corridor Modern Streetcar Project for the period of August 19, 2024,  
through February 9, 2025, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,338,871.  
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the amendment.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments to the agreement in accordance  
with the county’s procurement policies and procedures, provided the amounts are within  
the limits of available funding.  
This Administrative Item was withdrawn from the agenda.  
Participation in the Comprehensive Improvement Special Service District for  
Downtown Saint Paul

1. Approve participation in the Comprehensive Improvement Special Service District for  
Downtown Saint Paul, for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029.  
2. Accept annual service charges imposed in the district for properties, estimated at  
$35,000 for 2025 and subject to escalation in each of the four subsequent years.
