2. Request that a copy of this resolution be filed with the County Auditor and the County  
Recorder.

1. Approve the 2026 Unified Local Youth Plan for the Workforce Innovation and  
Opportunity Act Youth and Minnesota Youth Program for the period of April 1, 2026,  
through March 31, 2027.  
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the Youth Plan.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to enter into agreements and execute amendments to  
agreements in accordance with the county's procurement policies and procedures,  
provided the amounts are within the approved Workforce Innovation and Opportunity  
Act Youth and Minnesota Youth Program budgets.  
4. Authorize the County Manager to enter into expenditure grant agreements and execute  
amendments to agreements in a form approved by the County Attorney’s Office and  
Finance, provided the amounts are within the limits of the approved program budgets.  
5. Authorize the County Manager to apply for and accept additional Workforce Innovation  
and Opportunity Act Youth and Minnesota Youth Program grant funds as they become  
available under the Grant Agreement.

Minnetonka, Minnesota 55343 and Trinity Services Group, Inc., 477 Commerce  
Boulevard, Oldsmar, Florida 34677 for food services for the period of May 18, 2026  
through May 17, 2028 with the option to be renewed for three additional one-year  
periods for a total of five years, in accordance with the rates established in the  
agreements.  
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the agreements.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments to the agreements in  
accordance with the County’s procurement policies and procedures, provided the  
amounts are within the limits of available funding.
