The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners met in regular session at 9:02 a.m. with the following

members present: Frethem, Moran, Ortega, Xiong and Chair Reinhardt. Commissioner McGuire was

absent. Also present were Ling Becker, County Manager, and Jada Lewis, Civil Division Director,

Ramsey County Attorney's Office.

Balance to replace lightning strike damaged equipment at the Pointe Building Allied

Radio Matrix for Emergency Response Radio site.

2. Authorize the County Manager to establish an Emergency Communications Pointe

Building Lightning Strike Equipment Replacement project account.

3. Authorize the County Manager to enter into agreements and execute amendments to

the agreement in accordance with the county’s procurement policies and procedures,

provide the amounts are within the limits of available funding.

4. Authorize the County Engineer to update the traffic signal lists attached to these

agreements as necessary.
