Commerce Drive, Mendota Heights, MN 55120, for the Roseville and Maplewood
Libraries Mill and Overlay project, for the period of January 13, 2026 through December
31, 2026, in the not-to-exceed amount of $268,275.
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the agreement.
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments to the agreement in accordance
with the county’s procurement policies and procedures, provided the amounts are within
the limits of available funding.

2. Authorize the County Manager to enter into the necessary loan or other agreements

regulations and requirements, in a form approved by the County Attorney’s Office.

located at 546 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55103, upon execution through
December 31, 2028, with the option to renew for one additional 12-month term.
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the lease agreement.
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments that do not have a financial
impact.
