The Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority met in regular session at 10:57 a.m. with the
following members present: Frethem, McGuire, Moran, Reinhardt, Xiong and Chair Ortega. Also
present was Johanna Berg, County Manager.

Management Services for the Engineering and Pre-Environmental Phase of
the Riverview Corridor Modern Streetcar Project

1. Approve an amendment to the agreement with HNTB Corporation for Project
Management Services to close out the Engineering and Pre-Environmental Phase of
the Riverview Corridor Modern Streetcar Project for the period of August 19, 2024
through February 9, 2025, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,338,871.
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the amendment.
3. Authorize the County Manager to execute amendments to the agreement in accordance
with the county’s procurement policies and procedures, provided the amounts are within
the limits of available funding.
