The Ramsey County Legislative Committee of the Whole met in regular session at 10:34 a.m. with the
following members present: Frethem, McGuire, Reinhardt, Xiong and Chair Moran. Commissioner
Ortega joined the board meeting remotely pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.02, Subdivision 1(b).
Also present were Ling Becker, County Manager.
ROLL CALL
Commissioner Ortega missed Roll Call, approval of the November 05, 2024 Agenda and approval of
the November 14, 2023 minutes. He arrived at 10:41 a.m. and was present for the remainder of the
meeting.
