1. Approve agreement with Gentry Academy, 1420 County Road E East, Vadnais Heights,
MN 55110, for ice and turf rental for the period upon execution through June 15, 2029,
with an option to have one five-year renewal term through June 15, 2034, with the rates
established by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners.
