The Closed Meeting was called to order at 12:14 p.m. with the following members present:  
Commissioners Frethem, McGuire, Moran, Ortega, Xiong and Chair Reinhardt. Also present: Johanna  
Berg, County Manager; Jada Lewis, Director of Civil Division, Office of the Ramsey County Attorney;

Motion by Commissioner Moran, seconded by Commissioner Ortega. Unanimously approved.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners authorizes the  
Office of the Ramsey County staff to proceed as discussed in this closed meeting (B2024-154).
