The Ramsey County Legislative Committee of the Whole met in regular session at 10:27 a.m. with the
following members present: Frethem, McGuire, Moran, Ortega, Reinhardt, Xiong and Chair Martinson.
Also present were Ryan O’Connor, County Manager.
