(Amtrak), 60 Massachusetts Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20002, and the Ramsey  
County Regional Railroad Authority to provide use of the terminal tracks and platform  
associated with storage of one train overnight at Union Depot for the term of the  
agreement.

Bob’s Train Store for Retail Space at Union Depot

1. Approve the lease agreement with Double Track Interactive, LLC dba Choo Choo Bob’s  
Train Store, 4065 Jersey Avenue North, Crystal, MN, 55427, for space at Union Depot,  
214 East 4th Street, Saint Paul, MN, Suites 140 and 150, for the period from March 25,  
2024, through March 31, 2026, for the total amount of $39,000, with two additional  
option years at an increased rate.  
2. Authorize the Chair to execute the lease agreement.
