4. Authorize the County Manager to enter into agreements and execute amendments to  
agreements in accordance with the county’s procurement policies and procedures,  
provided the amounts are within the limits of the grant funding.

telephony services for the period of February 7, 2023 through February 6, 2026 with an  
option to renew for an additional three year period for a total not to exceed amount of  
$2,160,000 over the term of the agreement.  
2. Authorize the Chair and Chief Clerk to execute the agreement.  
3. Authorize the County Manager to approve and execute amendments and change orders  
to the agreement in accordance with the provisions of the agreement and all other  
terms and conditions remaining the same, in a form approved by the County Attorney's  
Office.
